Before your vehicle is loaded onto the car-hauler, you and the driver must inspect the vehicle for damage. The condition of the vehicle is then recorded. Upon delivery, another "walk-around" is required to verify that the vehicle is in the same condition it was in before transport. While damage is rare, it does happen. This is why both inspections are necessary. If you do notice damage on the vehicle that was not there originally, make sure to mark it on the papers in the area reserved for exceptions.
